Cross, including those dealing with purchase of plant equipment, machinery and material as well
as selection and placement of personnel.
Implementation:
Conducting periodic assessments and audits to identify EHS hazards, risks and impacts and
proactively implement necessary control measures.
Assessing the training needs of employees and contract workers and provide them with necessary
training and refreshers on EHS issues, concerns & best practices.
Working for continuous improvement by effectively monitoring safety audits conducted by
internal & external auditors.
Heads of the Departments shall ensure judicious use of available resources and accommodate for
any lapses and losses of resources. EHS feedback shall be taken for continual improvement.
Continually integrate sustainability development into the working environment and business
processes.
Designing and developing facilities that are energy efficient; reduce generation of waste and
impact on environment through recycle and reuse.
Maintaining and continually improving EHS systems at all our manufacturing sites by
implementing latest technology and EHS best practices.
